PRO Vibe Di2 integrated handlebar and stem unveiled

To provide clean set-ups and aerodynamic advantages to top athletes

With the purpose of providing a cleaner and sleeker cockpit to top performance riders, PRO have developed in partnership with Team Sky the 2017 Vibe range of handlebars and an alloy stem.

The aero handlebars and stem internalize cables and are designed around airfoil shapes that position cable ports to feed Shimano Di2 wires or mechanical cables cleanly into the components. Additionally, the cables can be feed to a Shimano Di2 battery that has been positioned inside the fork steerer tube.

The alloy stem uses reverse titanium bolts for a clean look and to reduce air turbulence. With a low-profile top cap and narrow frontal profile, the stem has been designed to improve aerodynamics.

The Vibe handlebars are available in a carbon or alloy construction. The carbon Vibe handlebar features a material Shimano call Innegra designed to help limit the damage resulting from a crash or impact. The handlebars are compatible with Dura-Ace 9100 Di2 junction boxes which can be placed at the end of either drop in place of a bar plug.

The bars weigh in at 220-g making them the lightest in PRO’s lineup. The alloy handlebars are available in widths ranging from 38to 44-mm while carbon ones range from 40 to 44-mm. The aero carbon handlebars will be available in 40-mm to 42-mm. All handlebars will be available in either a compact or anatomic drop.
