Shinola makes bikes in Detroit. The company also makes watches and leather items, such as this bi-fold wallet (1, $125 plus $30.75 shipping, shinola.com), which will hold bills and a few cards. The Bradley Twill City trouser (2, $190, fredperry.com) is from Fred Perry’s Bradley Wiggins Collection. Like any good cycling-related garment, there’s a bit of Spandex. In this case, the pants are 3 per cent elastane to add comfort. A button at each cuff can snug things up when you are riding. Of course, they are stylish enough for the pro peloton’s most modish man. This one is for the tifosi. The Fausto cycling jersey (3, $140, cimacoppi.ca) is named for the iconic Italian rider, Fausto Coppi. The designer, Cima Coppi, takes its handle from the designation given to the highest peak in an edition of the Giro d’Italia. The jersey is made of merino wool in another nod to tradition. While Oakley is known for its performance eyewear for cyclists, it also makes cool lifestyle shades. The Chainlink (4, $240, ca.oakley.com) has polarized lenses that keep out UV rays. The glasses look good off bike. But with a name like “Chainlink,” you still have cycling connection. Wear, and support, your favourite trail or climb. The Prfct Line (5) makes T-shirts and hoodies featuring cool graphics for The Don, Half Neslon, Snakes and Ladders and more. Three dollars from each purchase goes to the trail and network you’re wearing. ($30, T-shirt; $60, hoodie; theprfctline.bigcartel.com)
