Bruno Langlois of Garneau-Quebecor took the biggest win in his career at the 2016 Canadian elite and under-23 men’s road championships. Ben Perry picked himself up from the crash and finished in second with Will Routley running across the line to take third place. Ben Perry won his third straight under-23 title.
