Gallery: Ontario muddy spring fun at Tour of Pelham

Racers tackle pavement, gravel and single track on a warm and sunny day in the Niagara Region

The Tour of Pelham held in Thorold, Ontario in the Niagara region is a 46-km mixed surface race. Held on Sunday, April 2 racers on ‘cross and mountain bikes headed out to tackle the courses paved and gravel roads, dirt trails and technical single track.

Photographer Kent Keeler was on the ground to capture the muddy Ontario Cycling Association spring season opener on a warm and sunny day. Despite the nice, dry weather the conditions were muddy leaving racers and their bikes covered in grit after the race but through the mud, there were plenty of smiles to go around.
