The second round of the cyclocross World Cup takes place in Trek’s backyard in Waterloo, Wisconsin. The Trek CX Cup debuted in 2013 and has steadily grown since with the event drawing Wout van Aert and his Telenet Fidea Lions last year. In 2017, the event was upgraded to the Wordl Cup calendar meaning an even stronger field has gathered.

At Jingle Cross Iowa City World Cup, the opening round of the series, Katarina Nash took the win in the women’s race while Mathieu van der Poel rode away solo for an emphatic win.

This is the second of two World Cup rounds held in North America before the series goes back to Europe resuming on October 22 in Koksijde, Belgium.
