Bruno Langlois and Remi Pelletier Roy secure wins in Africa

The Quebecor-Garneau team secured double victories at the UCI-sanctioned Tour of Rwanda held from November 18-25. Bruno Langlois and Rémi Pelletier-Roy enjoyed top spots on the podium during the prologue and Stage 4.

Pelletier-Roy and Langlois started the race in top form placing first and second in the 3.5-km prologue.

Langlois went on to win Stage 4 in Karongi. He was involved in a lengthy breakaway with one other rider. With 22 km to go, Langlois attacked his breakaway companion and soloed to the finish line.

With two stages to go, Kudus Merhawi is leading the overall classification with a 25-second advantage on Darren Lill and an additional seven seconds ahead of Shaun Ward.
