The BC Bike Race has become renown for offering some of the best mountain bike stage racing in the world. Over seven days in July, riders tackle trails of unrivaled quality. The 2016 edition was the races 10th anniversary and featured challenging weather which proved the perfect opportunity to put gear to the test, pushing riders and their bikes to the limit.

Four racers where on Shimano XT Di2 at the 2016 edition of the BC Bike Race to collected data on how the groupset faired. With Shimano mechanical support on hand and athletes racing the equipment, the experience was documented in order to see what the new product was able to deliver on the trails.
