Details on the Alma racer's new ride from the Pivot Cycles-OTE team

With five podium finishes in his last five starts, its fair to say Léandre Bouchard is getting on just fine with his new team bike.

The Alma, Que. racer moved to the Pivot Cycles-OTE team, based in his home province. With the new team colours comes new equipment. For 2019, Bouchard will be racing the Pivot Mach 429.

The cross country race bike gives Bouchard 100 mm of travel front and rear. Fox handles all the suspension, with a Float Factory out back and Factory 32 fork up front. Both can be locked out from the bars with Fox’s electronic lock-out system.

More wires handle the shifting, via Shimano’s XTR Di2 electronic drivetrain. The Pivot Mach 429 rolls on 29″ ENVE wheels, with Maxxis tires. From there, there’s a mix of Rotor, Shimano, Rotor and OneUp Components.
