Cannondale introduces Bryceland and the Sessions

Josh Bryceland introduces a new crew of young talent with new team name

Cannondale Sessions Josh Bryceland

Since Santa Cruz said goodbye to Josh Bryceland, the U.K. riders move to Cannondale has been one of the least opaque rumours of 2019 transfer season. Fortunately, that doesn’t make his debut on the new Cannondale Habit any less exciting to watch.

Long associated with the 50to01 crew, since his departure from World Cup competition, the move to Cannondale starts a new area for the rider affectionately known as “Rat Boy.” With a new sponsor comes a new crew name: the Cannondale Sessions.

Bryceland’s departure from The Syndicate isn’t just a new name on the same old scene. With Sessions, Cannondale looks to support a new crew of emerging mountain bike talent.

“I wanted to start something new, fresh and unexpected.” said Bryceland. “This is a way to build something and give back to the next generation of riders.”

Along with Bryceland, Cannondale’s new team includes Sam (a.k.a. Dave) Hockenhull, Max Nerurkar and Sam Cofano.
