Watch: IFHT’s First Time Bikepacking

Warmer weather is here across Canada which, for many riders across the country, means strapping everything you need to survive a few days in the wilderness onto your bike frame in a more or less organized fashion and riding off into nature.

If you’re thinking about joining the growing ranks of bikepackers but haven’t made the leap to head out on your own yet, the IFHT film crew takes you along on their first bikepacking trip as they head to B.C.’s Sunshine Coast.

Along with helpful tips for your own first bikepacking experience, there’s plenty of smooth jazz, puns, scenic vistas and even some snow as the gang camps and snacks through the west coast woods making friends with whoever they meet in the woods.
