In the Blink: First behind-the-scenes look at “Return to Earth” released
Anthill Films heads to Bromont, Que. to begin a slow build to its newest full length feature
Anthill is releasing a new film this summer, called Return to Earth. That alone would be good news, but the Squamish-based production company is going one step further. To help Canadians get through winter, its releasing In the Blink, a six-episode behind-the-scenes look at what you can expect from the full-length feature.
In Episode 1: Fall Colours the crew heads to Eastern Canada to capture the full effect of fall colours on camera. Not just any hill will do, though. Anthill visits the storied slopes of Bromont, Que.,
Seasons change fast and the crew has to hit the timing right to get the vibrant display of colour that East Coast seasons are famous for. Thomas Vanderham and Ryan Howard capitalize on the time they have. With some help from the Anthill crew to keep fall around for just a few moments longer, the segment gets put to tape. All we have to do now, is wait to see how it turns out.
