Red Bull Rampage is gearing up to celebrate 20 years this October. A historic moment for a festival that has seen a long list of iconic moments take place. Here are Red Bull’s top 20 moments from rampage.

Seven of the 20 moments involve Canadians, a testament to the influence of the great white north on freeride mountain biking. The only two riders to win Rampage twice – Kurt Sorge and Brandon Semenuk – are both Canadians. As is Wade Simmons, the first-ever Rampage king.

But there are some notable absences. How is Brett Rheeder not on the list once? Where is Andreu Lacondeguy?  What about Brendan Fairclough’s epic rock drop?

No list can be perfect and, to be fair, cutting down 20 years of freeride history into just 20 moments is a monumental task. That’s why Red Bull made another 10-minute video dedicated to the broader history of the event before releasing this banger reel.
