Norco Canadian Enduro Series is making the difficult call to postpone its scheduled event at Panorama Mountain Resort. The venue, which has hosted Canadian national championships in the past, is expected to return to the calendar in 2023.

Organizers made the announcement on Wednesday. “Unfortunately, due to circumstances beyond our control, the NCES is postponing the 2022 race at Panorama Mountain Resort,” read a post, signed by NCES Managing Director, Matt Holbrook.

The Panorama round had been scheduled to take place on July 30-31, 2022.

If you’re keen to race a Norco Canadian Enduro Series round, Cumberland and Mount Washington are splitting this weekend’s event on July 9-10. After that, the series takes a little break before resuming on September 10-11 at Big White above Kelowna, B.C. Check out the full calendar at the NCES website.

Update from Matt Holbrook, NCES Managing Director

This isn’t the kind of news we enjoy sharing, but unfortunately, due to circumstances beyond our control, the NCES is postponing the 2022 race at Panorama Mountain Resort until a 2023 date (TBD).

We held an event in 2021 at Panorama, and the feedback was great, so we had hoped to bring another stop to the stunning region. Unfortunately, we aren’t able to complete this plan, so we look ahead to the next time we can visit Panorama Mountain Resort.

We look forward to this weekend’s NCES race in Cumberland and Mt Washington, and to our three back to back to back race weekends in September, and hope you can join us.
Thanks for your understanding.
