The Park Tool pizza cutter ($26) with its high-wheel design does cut into deep crust quite well.

The Bianchi coffee mug ($40) can hold 11 oz. of java, which should get any cyclist’s day started.

For out on the road, the Silca phone wallet ($65) fits nicely in a jersey pocket. Its exterior is waxed canvas, while inside it has a dry bag that protects a smartphone from the rain and wet.

Another piece of on-ride storage is the Silca Borsa Americano ($65). Silca worked with Colorado-based Ecologic Designs on this wallet made with recycled bicycle inner tubes.

No one should tighten fasteners by feel, even out on the road or trail. The Silca T-ratchet + Ti-torque kit ($135) is only 35 g, easy to pack for the ride.

For big trips, Assos has created a luggage set. The Weekend ($250, pictured) is the smallest piece at 22 x 33 x 54 cm. The complete set ($899) also includes The Week (26 x 40 x 64 cm) and The Month (30 x 48 x 74 cm). All are sturdy, up for the rigours of airline travel, and have internal compartments for keeping everything organized.
