In the elite men’s race, Mark McConnell hit out early taking an advantage of about 11-seconds. That gap was reeled in and when he was caught it was Saturday’s winner, American Jack Kisseberth of (JAM/NCC) who took the lead. Kisseberth teammate Scott Smith and Saturday’s second place finished then became locked in a battle with McConnell. Smith was able to dispatch the spent McConnel finishing second with ‘Hot Sauce’ in third place.
