According to the rumblings of social media, Silber Pro Cycling riders had major success this weekend south of the border—again.

Though details are scant, it’s been reported via Twitter and other sources that the podium at the UCLA Road Race, held Feb. 13 in Pearsblossom, California, was painted orange with a Silber 1-2-3. “Few details yet,” Silber Pro Cycling tweeted, “but Matteo Dal-Cin has won his second race in as many starts,” referring to the 24-year-old Ottawa cyclist’s win last month at the Santa Barbara Road Race. In a corresponding Facebook post, the team described the win as a solo effort, with reports from Cylance-Incycle Pro Cycling Team p/b Cannondale corroborating Silber’s account.

By the final lap of the race, Silber’s gap on the rest of the field had grown to two minutes, Cylance-Incycle Pro detailed. After holding off attacks from Team Hincapie, the team powered to a decisive podium sweep, with Canadian riders Matteo Dal-Cin, Benjamin Perry and Nigel Elsay taking first, second and third, respectively.

Orlando Garibay of Cylance, meanwhile, came in 4th, barely a bike throw ahead of Hincapie’s Jon Horbeck in 5th.
