Sports nutrition is an incredibly important part of training, but one that can be confusing for riders. Two experts in the field will give a pair of talks this week in Dundas, Ontario. Anne Guzman, a Registered Holistic Nutritionist and Dr. Greg Gannon a coach and sport scientist are holding seminars at the Domestique-Café Cyclo Sportif Wednesday, Nov. 17 and Saturday, Nov. 20.

Topics to be covered include: 
• Macronutrients – Proteins, Carbohydrates, Fats – How many? Why?
• Pre/During/Post Race-Training Nutrition – Specifics you need to know.
• Hydration – Why it is crucial to your peak performance?
• Your physiology – A closer look at the science of nutrition for endurance athletes.
