Strava ‘My Year in Sport’ summarizes your stats from 2018

A personalized video that will bring back memories from your year on the bike and give you more insight into your data

Strava wants to remind you how many hours you spend on the bike in 2018. A personalized video is now available to all users of the social fitness network and will run through your most important stats from the past year. The video is available after logging into your Strava account.

If you were wondering how many hours you rode over the year, how many days you recorded at least one activity, are wondering what the total distance you rode is or how much elevation you ascended the short minute-long video Strava puts together will show you. It will also run through any personal records or KOM/QOMs you may have accumulated throughout the year.

It will also show you who you rode with the most. Maybe you already know who you spent the most time in the saddle with and wont be surprised or maybe you spent way more time with one of your riding friends than you would have initially thought. The ‘Year in Sport’ video will also show you who gave you the most kudos and the average distance of your activities. It won’t just count your bike rides, it will also take into account your other activities like runs, swims or cross-country skiing.

The video features some photos (if you’ve posted any) from your activities this year, it will show you your most kudoed and longest rides, and just bring back some fond memories of what your year on the bike has been like.

Whether you are proud of how much you rode in 2018 or disappointed, make 2019 even better by setting your New Year’s resolutions with the intent of having more fun and being stronger next season.
