The jacket is designed to protect against the harshest cycling conditions during the frigid and wet winter months. Whether you want to keep putting in those long base miles in when all your friends are already on their trainers or just want to get out for some adventures this jacket is designed to keep you warm. You can get out in the cold and the wet losing your excuses for not getting out for some rewarding riding.

The new jacket combines the warmth and breathability of the Softshell Jacket and the waterproof Hardshell Jacket. The Classic Winter Jacket was developed with Polartec fabric making the combination of these two very desirable features possible. The jacket is versatile thanks to its highly breathable fabrics that protect against cold and inclement weather. Rapha say the Classic Winter Jacket II has the breathability of the original Softshell combined with the same rain protection as the Hardshell.

For storage, the jacket has three large pockets on the rear with a separate waterproofed one to protect your valuables. The zipper, instead of being centered at the front is off center to make it easier to layer up. An adjustable hi-vis shock cord at the hem and inner cuffs on the sleeves keep the jacket sealed from the worst mother nature has to throw at you including the cold winds of winter.

As would be expected, it’s high tech features do not prevent Rapha from expressing their timeless style. It’s a piece of clothing that’s versatility makes it so appealing to cyclists seeking protection on their long road rides, their morning commute or even for a quick outing to meet friends at a café or pub.

The jacket is water and winder resistant, has comfortable stretch for a good fit, is highly breathable to regulate your temperature during hard efforts and had internal seams to protect against the wind and the rain.
