World Cup drama heats up as World Cup series approaches the final round, but first,  Fast Life Episode 6 tags along as Finn Iles races for the home crowd at the legendary Mont-Sainte-Anne venue.

As his first home-country World Cup race approaches, Iles gets a lesson on focusing on the process, not the outcome. Coach Chris Kilmurray shares the “six P’s” that every racer should focus on instead of worrying about the result. Jolanda Neff adds her perspective on making the jump to elite after a successful junior racing career, and Danny Hart adds his two cents on process vs. outcome.

While everyone’s focused on learning, Iles get’s his own chance to pass on some wisdom. The more gravity inclined of Fast Life’s two stars helps Kate Courtney find her line through Mont-Sainte-Anne’s notorious La Beatrice section on the XCO course. He also gets his own reminder of just how hard it is descending with your seat at full height, no dropper post.
