The three-medal family at Canada Summer Games XC races
St-Onge brothers go 1-2 after their sister snagged third in the women's race
Photo by: FQSC - Fédération québécoise des sports cyclistesFollowing the women’s race, in which Marie-Fay St-Onge got bronze, the men took their turn at the XC course in St. Catharines, Ont., for the Canada Summer Games. With temperatures in the upper 20s, there were many DNFs and plenty of dumped bottles. Ontario’s Ian Ackert would take the early lead, but then the Quebec brothers, Charles-Antoine and Maxime St-Onge, would overtake him.
