Transition have stepped up their Sentinel platform for 2018, offering carbon frame options for the longer travel 29” bike. The big wheeled party bike will be available in four sizes from small to XL, and riders can choose between carbon and alloy versions. Pairing 29” wheels with 140 mm rear and 160 mm front travel, Transition have designed the Sentinel to go wherever you want, from day long epics in the backcountry to full days bike park. Driving this point home in the release video for the Sentinel, Skye Schillhammer follows along as different riders try find the bikes limits in locations up and down the coast, from Squamish slab lines to Coast Gravity Park laps, and Trainsition’s home trails around Bellingham, WA.

Transition offer the carbon Sentinel in three different build kits, plus an extra two for the alloy version and a frame only option for both materials.
