Bell and Britton to SmartStop presented by Mountain Khakis in 2014

Canadian road champion Zach Bell and his fellow countryman Rob Britton have signed contracts with the U.S.-based SmartStop presented by Mountain Khakis for the 2014 season.

Bell, from Watson Lake, Yukon, was a member of the now disbanded professional continental outfit Champion System Pro Cycling this year. He won stages of the Tour of Taiwan in March and Tour of Korea in June. He followed a successful early season by earning the national road title in Saint-Georges, Que., at the end of June.

Britton was a member of the British continental Team Raleigh this season where he had top-10 performances at the national road championships and  a stage of the Tour de Beauce.

The full roster also includes Adam Myerson, Shane Kline, Flavio de Luna, Kristofer Dahl, Travis McCabe, Cameron Cogburn, Shane Haga, Julien Kyer and Mike Trockler.

Former Canadian criterium champion Ben Chaddock will not be returning to SmartStop presented by Mountain Khakis next season.
