Thursday, on the road of Gatineau, Que., Australian Kimberly Wells of Colavita – Bianchi won the 2016 Grand Prix Cycliste Gatineau road race ahead of Joelle Numainville (Équipe du Québec) and Leah Kirchmann (Team Canada). It was Numainville’s third time coming runner-up in the event.
