The Santa Cruz Syndicate crew is gathered in Lousã, Portugal for a preseason suspension camp, but it’s not just the current racers getting out on track.

Retired DH world champion Steve Peat showed he’s not slowing down, even if he’s done racing. Peaty chased Loris Vergier down the rough Lousã track, which will host a World Cup DH round in 2020. While Vergier takes full advantage of the Syndicate’s V10 race rigs, Peaty keeps up just fine on Santa Cruz’s Hightower LT.
