Watch: Elliot Jamieson makes incredible whoops save

Canadian junior makes big, on-the-edge-of-face-plant save on tricky course feature at Windrock Pro GRT

After an impressive World Cup downhill debut season last year, White Rock, B.C. racer Elliot Jamieson joined the Norco Factory Team for 2019. He was immediately showing off the skills over the weekend at the Windrock Pro GRT.

After swooping through a drop, Jamieson hit the four tricky whoops on the course in Oak Ridge, Tennessee. Clearing the first at speed, Jamieson was catapulted forward on his bike coming onto the front wheel as he hit the final three whoops.

Incredibly, the junior racer kept things under control masterfully relaxing his arms to absorb the bumps as he endoed over them before recovering . Jamieson would go on to finish third behind Lucas Cruz and winner Ethan Shandro in the junior men’s category.
