Quinton Disera’s Shrimp Ramen

Disera says one of the reasons for the switch came to him at last year’s BC Bike Race. At that event, he enjoyed connecting with riders of all abilities and talking gear and racing. “It was a change from being someone who is so stressed for the five days before the World Cup race that if someone says, ‘Hi,’ I have to say, ‘Sorry I can’t talk. I need to go recover because I have a race soon,’” he says.
