Not only can the top-end computer go farther, it can help you cover greater distances, too
Garmin’s update to its top-of-the-line cycling computer, the Edge 1040 ($980), includes one new word that will excite many long-distance cyclists: solar. After testing its solar technology, called Power Glass, on devices for other sports, Garmin’s brought its Power Glass to cycling.
