Armstrong’s Troubles Continue

USDA unanimously recommends filing doping charges against Lance Armstrong.

The Associated Press today is reporting that the U.S. Anti-Doping Agency has unanimously recommended filing doping charges against Lance Armstrong. Armstrong pre-empted this decision by tweeting about one of the jurors, Clark Griffith’s legal troubles. Griffith shot back at Armstrong that “He’s really scrambling …. I can’t wait to hear what the arbitration panel thinks of the evidence.”
This also comes two days after Armstrong’s lawyers asserted that the “USADA has no regard for its own Protocol, fairness, or common notions of decency,” because they were not making evidence and witness know to the defense. The case will now go to arbitration.
