Driver responsible for squash player’s death charged
Last week, the driver responsible for hitting and killing one of Canada’s top squash players with his BMW was charged by Toronto Police. The victim, Adrian Dudzicki, was riding his bike across the west side of an intersection when he was struck by Aleksey Aleksev who was heading westbound. Akeksev, who is a 20-year-old Toronto native, appeared in a courtroom last week where he was charged with dangerous driving causing death and criminal negligence causing death.
The accident occurred at the intersection of Yukon Lane and Sheppard Avenue near the Allen Road last Wednesday.
