Emily Batty provides a behind-the-scenes look at her preparations for the Cairns World Cup and the Olympics.

Emily Batty finished seventh at the Cairns World Cup and she is now gearing up for the next rounds in Albstadt, Germany on the 21 and 22 of April and La Bresse, France the next week on the 28 and 29.
The video shows Emily’s preparations leading up to Cairns with her training in Sedona, Arizona. She picks up an set of prototype wheels and talks about the upcoming Olympics.
Batty says the ambitions behind the series, ” is to offer inspiration, information and a good example of all the amazing aspects cycling and mountain biking has to offer. The sport has given me so much and hopefully this is my beginning in giving back to the sport and the community.”

Batty won the cross country race at the Pan Am games and looks set to take a spot on Team Canada for Rio.
