In anticipation of the 100th Tour de France, Canadian Cycling Magazine is giving away three Polar RC3 GPS Tour de France edition heart-rate monitors, valued at $380. You can see the image and winning caption from the first stage. To enter the Stage 2 of the contest for the second heart-rate monitor up for grabs, simply fill out the form below. The Fine Print

1) This contest is for one Polar RC3 GPS, Tour de France heart-rate montior.

2) One winner will be selected from the entries received by Canadian Cycling Magazine at 5:30 p.m. on Fri., June 21. Only the winner will be contacted. Canadian Cycling Magazine will not reply to any correspondence regarding the event.
