Friday, U.S. rider Amber Neben won the 19.3-km time trial. The top-10 of the UCI WE 1.1 event was packed with Canadian riders including Tara Whitten (second), Karol-Ann Canuel (third), Joelle Numainville (fifth), Leah Kirchmann (sixth), Alison Jackson (ninth) and Annie Foreman-Mackey (10th).
