Orlando Bloom’s cycling style is spot on
English actor rocks Oakleys, casquette and gilet riding Campy equipped Festka on Prague bike ride
English actor Orlando Bloom who starred in blockbuster hits like The Lord of the Rings trilogy and Pirates of the Caribbean, is currently in Prague filming for the upcoming Amazon series Carnival Row. During some time off last week, the actor slipped into some lycra and headed out for a ride.
Bloom looked pretty sharp in an all black Café du Cycliste outfit with long sleeves, a checkered black gilet, dotted black socks and Oakley Razor sunglasses. Known to keep a regimented fitness routine, it is no surprise either to see some definition in his legs that are well shown off by his black bib shorts.

In photos, Bloom is seen walking a very nice looking Czech made Festka with a Campagnolo groupset and wheels. The bike has Shimano pedals and gold bar tape.

During the ride, Bloom shared an Instagram story showing him rocking a casquette sporting the colours of the Italian flag. Recently, Bloom starred in Andy Samberg’s cycling mockumentary Tour de Pharmacy. He played Italian cyclist JuJu Peppi. Perhaps on set, Bloom picked up some of the impeccable cycling style he is seen sporting on the streets of Prague. Though he’s certainly come a long way since starring in that goofy role.

It’s not the first time Bloom has been spotted riding a bike. In 2015, he was seen riding with a friend on mountain bikes in Malibu and in 2013 he was seen commuting around New York City on two wheels.
