Big news. Urška Žigart’s boyfriend won the national road championships. Tadej Pogačar, who won the time trial on Thursday, has also had good success in some cycling tours in France previously. “Pog” won the 156-km race in Radovljica, beating Luka Mezgec (Team Jayco-AlUla) by 38 seconds.

Belgian newspaper refers to Women’s WorldTour cyclist Urška Žigart as “Pogačar’s girlfriend”

Urška Žigart finished second in the women’s road race. She did, however, win the time trial. Pogačar is set to start the Tour de France on July 1.
