KVCentury Ride to raise funds for Cycle Kingston

On Sept. 15, the Kingston Velo Club will host the seventh annual KVCentury Ride. This one-day bicycle tour, beginning at Portsmouth Olympic Harbour in Kingston, Ont., will have three routes—160 km, 100 km and 40 km—to suit the abilities of any cyclist. The event serves as a fundraiser for Cycle Kingston, a local charity that promotes and encourages cycling in Kingston by generating awareness through public outreach.

The event will be fully supported, with route directions, maps, check-points and rest stops. There will also be a support and gear vehicle.

At the end of the rides, there will be draws and prizes for all of the participants. More information can be found at the Kingston Velo Club.
