Scott-3 Rox Racing’s year end celebration announced

Canada’s only UCI professional XC team, Scott-3 Rox Racing announced their year-end celebration set for Oct. 28 at the historic Roundhouse of Steam Whistle Brewery. The team plans to announce their 2015 roster while there will be a silent auction and cocktail reception. The event is meant to serve as a final push for one of the team’s major goals in 2015, the Pan American Championships.

In 2014, the team earned a ranking of 16th in the world. Team leader Geoff Kabush did well in the US Pro XCT series finishing second overall as his teammate Derrek Zandstra finished fourth overall. Both riders have been national champions in the last two seasons. Mikaela Kofman lead the women’s team finishing 18th overall in the USA Pro XCT series.

The team’s roster includes multi-time Olympian and National and Pan American Champions. Tickets for the event can be purchased online.
