Andrew Randell has advice that will help you improve your riding skills

This week we’re launching a video series to help our readers improve their riding skills. Andrew Randell, a former Canadian road champion, will host the video series. During his career, Andrew won nine UCI races, and raced professionally with Canada’s top team, SpiderTech powered by C-10. He’s ridden all over the world, having worked his way up from a local team in Toronto.

Andrew understands the challenges faced by riders to improve. He acknowledges he made many mistakes himself as he developed as a rider, but those missteps have resulted in a depth of knowledge and a passion to help others.

Andrew now works with many riders, from the recreational racer to the serious competitor—and both men and women.

Andrew is also closely connected to some of the most knowledgeable people in nutrition, health and training. In each video, Andrew shares his knowledge and provides direction that will help you rider better, whether it’s on your weekend ride with friends or in a local or provincial race.

Next week, Andrew will talk about the importance of setting goals. We’d also like to hear what you think and the ideas you have that may be helpful to others. You can post a note on our Facebook page and you can always reach Andrew at ARcoaching@gmail.com.
