It’s Friday, which means it’s time to do a recap of the week that was. With the Tour de France in full swing, there’s been all sorts of exciting drama, both on and off the road. The Giro d’Italia Donne is coming to a close, and Annemiek van Vleuten is just incredible. Carter Woods and Emily Batty are in the news for very different reasons. Plus, there’s a very strange bike that everyone is talking about.

6. Urška Žigart gives Pog the best support message

Urška Žigart, formerly known as “Tadej Pogačar’s girlfriend”, posted the best message to him before the Tour. Pogačar, now known as “Urška Žigart’s boyfriend”, dedicated his incredible win to her after she had to quit the Giro Donne with a concussion. Either way, we are here for cycling’s most famous couple.
